Trek for Health

Trek for Health is a global employee fundraising initiative from GSK supporting our partners Save the Children and Amref Health Africa. It is open to GSK & ViiV employees worldwide.

Our team of 40 trekkers was selected from 229 applications across 20 countries, with a shared goal of raising £200,000 for our global partners, matched by GSK. Funds raised will support Amref Health Africa’s work in Kenya and Save the Children’s emergency fund supporting Kenya and global humanitarian response.

In February 2027, the team will trek more than 75 km over seven days to the challenging summit of Mount Kenya, before visiting communities supported by Amref Health Africa in Nyeri County and seeing Save the Children’s programmatic work in Nairobi first-hand.
